Returns and guarantees
First, please contact us about any toy that doesn't seem to be functioning properly. Books, movies, and products in good working order may not be returned.
Every toy we send out is checked by our staff to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, and in good working order. This means that we check all electronic toys before they leave the store. We enclose care instructions with every toy; please read them carefully regarding battery use and for other handling hints.
If your toy malfunctions in the first 30 days, simply send it back to us (in its original packaging) with the receipt. The defective toy will be replaced and you will receive a credit towards your next purchase to help cover your shipping costs.

Before you send a toy back to us, please make sure you have followed the procedures on the care instruction sheet carefully, and make sure you have inserted the batteries correctly. If a returned toy is found to be working, we will arrange to return it to you only at your own expense.
Our Tantus and Vixen silicone toys and Leatherbeaten whips and floggers are guaranteed for life against manufacturer's defects. This means that under conditions of normal use and proper care, should your Tantus, Vixen, or Leatherbeaten toy become defective, we will either repair or replace it for you.
The University of Ottawa's Couple Research Lab is looking for participants for their online study on same-sex couple relationships! This study aims to better understand personal and relationship factors that contribute to well being and distress in same-sex couples.
To be eligible, you must be 18 years old or more, have a good knowledge of English and be in a same-sex couple relationship for at least 12 months. In order to thank you for your participation, you will be entered in a draw for gift certificates to a music store.
