The CB-3000 consists of 2 parts:
1. Cuff Ring
Comes in five sizes: 1.5", 1 5/8", 1.75", 1 7/8"and 2.0". These five sizes come with each order. This allows the wearer to experiment to find his exact size. The rings swivel at the bottom making it easy to put on. Each ring consists of two guide pin holes and a recessed locking pin hole. Spacers are provided for an individual fit. These spacers go over the locking pin, between the cuff ring and the cage.
2. Cage Portion (Inside Length 3"; Inside Diameter 1 3/8")
The cage portion has two guide pins and a locking pin hole. The cuff ring goes behind the ball sack and over the penis. Install the locking pin and the spacers. Put the cage over the penis and then line up the cage portion with the cuff ring. Slide the guide pins and locking pin into place and attach a lock on the tip of the locking pin. Once you have found the exact fit, cut the ends of the guide pins with a pair of side cutter pliers and smooth the edges with an emery board.

I've been locked into the CB3000 off and on since we bought it in the fall, and have always had fun with it.
But I always knew my wife had the key, so if there was a problem, I could be let out of it rather quickly.
Well.. I had to go away on business last week, and before I left, I was locked into the CB3000 with one of the numbered plastic locks so that I could get through the metal detectors at the various airports I was going to have to go through. What a rush it was each and every time I went through!!!!!
After 9 days away, my balls had been through hell and back, since every dirty thought or dream while I was away would prompt a hard on which, of course, was denied by the CB3000 everytime.

Long term review.
After the initial excitement phase wore off, we had to deal with the issue of long term comfort.
The best initial fit was with minimal spacing and the large ring, but this put pressure on the ball sack that caused severe discomfort.
When the new cage arrived, I tried larger spacers. This was more comfortable, but not very secure. However, the use of the larger spacers resulted in some conditioning. It stretched the ball sack a bit and when I resorted to the small spacer again, I found that I could wear the CB all the time with out discomfort. It took about a month of various fittings to achieve this result. All that time I had access to a key.
Now that the CB is comfortable with the small spacer, I can wear it all the time — and it is very secure. I told my wife about the better fit last week and that was the last I've seen of the key. She's telling me that in two weeks I'll be released, but she may change her mind.
With the various fittings, I discovered that when I was cold, everything would shrink and retract to the point that I could easily slip out of the CB-3000. Sometimes it simply fell off. Now, with the small spacer in use, the CB-3000 never slips off and I cannot pull it off.
My advice to other couples who wish to try this product (or maybe the newer CB-6000) is to take your time to get the fit right. It may take over a month.
The fact that my first cage broke (a pin came out) is not an indication of a quality problem. The new cage is perfect and very well assembled.

It broke!
The CB3000 broke this morning. One of the guide pins came out of the cage rendering the cage useless.
I checked for warranty information in the package, but found none.
This is very disappointing, given the price of the CB3000.

After one week —
I've been confined by the CB3000 for most of the week and here are the results.
1. I have been much more attentive to my wife over the past week. She has noticed the changes in me. I believe that the changes are genuine, but there has been some game play to be sure.
2. My wife has taken to the game and is much more of a tease in her role as key keeper.
3. I managed to get through three days wearing this at work. I missed being able to use urinals. Long term sitting becomes uncomfortable.
4. I was released on Sunday and it was very welcome. My penis needs a rest for a couple of days. There is some irritation on my penis from the constant adjustment to the plastic cage. The hinge on the back of the CB3000 causes some discomfort on occasion.
So, can this be used long term? Perhaps, but I need some more time to adjust. The skin of the penis needs to be stretched from time to time and that cannot be accomplished when trapped in the CB3000.

Post Script to my review:
I slept very well the second night. I awoke rather startled once when I reached down to stroke my penis and encountered the cage. I was confused by it until I fully awakened. I never realized how much I handled my penis over night until being denied any possible contact with it by the CB3000.
The short points caused me some pain during one partial erection during the night. I had to lay absolutely still until the erection subsided. Then I got up to see if I had been injured by one particularly painful point, but I could find no mark. The points prevent any attempt at masturbation. During another partial erection when the points were less intense, I tried to stroke my penis through the cage, but absolutely no sensation was felt through the cage.
The CB3000 is the most frustrating device I've ever encountered.
My wife put one of the two keys out with the garbage. The other key is now being frozen into the middle of a huge block of ice, so as to prevent any temptation to quickly release the lock . My wife is adjusting to the idea of being my key holder. After the first week she plans to take full charge of the key. We are using the ice for our break-in period.
I am amazed by the frustration that I face with the CB3000. The points prevent me from total comfort, even when sitting relaxed I feel light pressure from the points. I don't know how anyone could use the larger points.
The first week requires some commitment from both of us. I think that if I beg for release my wife would comply, but she is gradually taking control and the ice is really going to help us get through the first few days.
I am already feeling frustrated by the CB3000. I'll post a final review after my first release.

My wife and I purchased the CB3000 yesterday after about of week of research about the product. It is now fitted well and she holds the keys.
Why?
I have always been interested in bondage, but she seldom returns the interest. She has allowed me to secure myself in places and has always come by to free me, but my fantasy world was generally my own. The one sole purpose of bondage is to prevent me from touching my penis when aroused and vulnerable. After almost one full day with the CB3000, I can report that wearing this thing is like being in bondage 24/7.
What is the result to the wearer?
With this device, I cannot touch my penis. I cannot grab it and stretch it like I often do (did), I cannot caress it, and I cannot squeeze it — I cannot do anything but look at it. Furthermore, I cannot get a proper erection. The CB3000 forces the penis to point downward, and the cage is just big enough for about a half-size erection. These two 'features' guarantee that I cannot have an erection. I can 'feel' my penis try to expand, but the effort is hopeless. Within minutes of wearing this device, I realized that my penis was to become the property of someone else – my loving wife.
The fit
As the instructions say, it will take some time to get the best fit. Even now, with the fit adjusted for long term use, the CB3000's lock on my penis is constantly present in my thoughts. I certainly can 'feel' its presence. I tried several configurations before settling on the large ring and the least pointy Points of Intrigue™ spacer. For long-term comfort I chose to avoid the smaller rings but to use no spacers except for the space created by the points. I also noticed that this configuration produces the least obvious bulge in my pants. I do feel the points when I become partially aroused. As my penis tries to expand, it presses into the points and I certainly feel the pressure. My wife is in control of my release now, so when I am released I may request to downsize the ring by one size for the next ordeal. The small points cause discomfort but no real pain. They will prevent me from trying anything for self satisfaction.
I may have to shave when I am released. I keep my hair short, but the CB3000 tends to pull on some hairs.
Escape
In one word – impossible! The first few hours were difficult because I was quite aroused by the thought of this device. I slept poorly last night but when I was finally fully relaxed I tried to escape and discovered that I could slip my penis out of the cage, but the device itself could not be removed. After discovering that I could do this, I reconfigured for the Points of Intrigue. The points effectively prevent an escape from the cage. I tried the medium points but winced in pain when I became partially aroused. That required a step back to the short points.
I cannot report on the conditions of a very cold penis. It may be possible for me to escape if I become very cold, but I have my doubts. The scrotum will still be trapped by the device even if the penis could be pulled out when cold.
First 24 hours
It took some time to optimize the configuration. I had access to the keys for about 12 hours. The smaller rings produced a tight fit, but it was quite uncomfortable for me. I went to the grocery store while wearing one of the small rings and I was almost in pain. For me, the small rings can only be used in short durations. The need for comfort will prompt the wearer to experiment with the fit. I made about ten changes before I discovered the best fit.
The affect on me
