The back end of this has an area of round nubs which can massage choice bits quite nicely. The other end has obvious uses. A word of caution about this attachment though, it dampens the vibrations. The whole thing is one solid piece of silicone. The vibrations all over are dampened as they pass through it. If you bought a Magic Wand because you wanted a powerful vibe, and now want to make it a penetrating toy, know that you are sacrificing power.

On the other hand, if you find "Low" from the Magic Wand to be too intense, then you can muffle it with this.
