Venus Envy is committed to open and honest sexual education, and because of that commitment we want to make our information and expertise readily available to the community at large. Thus, we have begun to officially license our various texts to make them available for wider use. We are supporters of the Creative Commons approach to copyright and licensing, which seeks a middle ground between the closed and prohibitive approach characteristic of traditional copyright and the total freedom of the public domain.
As we apply licenses to the various texts we produce, they will be listed below with information about the licensing details. Texts not listed below (the text on our web pages, for instance), on the other hand, are covered by the usual restrictions applied to copyrighted materials.
Pamphlets and Essays
These texts (some of which are available online) are licensed under the Attribution-NonCommercial License, which means that in addition to your usual right to download and read them for your own personal use, you can also copy, reuse, quote, and distribute them for noncommerical purposes as long as you cite us as your source.
