I had been recommended by a friend to go to your store, if I needed
anything. Feeling slightly uncomfortable walking in to purchase my first
toy, your staff made me feel extremely comfortable with them, the store,
and with myself. Immediately, I felt welcomed, and very at ease with asking
any questions I may have had.

I just want to thank you all, I greatly appreciated you all making this
experience a comfortable one for me. (as you can tell, I'm the shy type when
it comes to things like that) I've walked into a few other stores, and felt
completely intimidated for even being there. You have an amazing store, and
you have an exceptional team working together. It is a wonderful

For the second year in a row, our Pride Centre had asked Venus Envy to come
and give a workshop as part of the University of Ottawa Campus Pride Week
activities. These workshops have proven to be extremely informative to both
volunteers and students attending. They we’re conducted in a very
professional, but easy-going manner. The facilitator had well prepared her
workshop, and put everyone at ease right away. Starting for safe-sex tips,
to allergies, to examples and samples, the workshop was interesting from
beginning to end. In the end, the Venus Envy workshop was a great and
dynamic way to approach sexuality education.

Hello,

I ordered the Kama Sutra Weekender kit yesterday and it arrived today.
THANK you for making an extremely shitty week better, at least ONE shop I
buy from online actually does what it says it will and better. Unlike so
many others.

I wish you were a department store that met all my mundane needs, not
just this. You could teach a LOT of online shops a thing or three.

Thank you again, I wanted to bring this on a trip with my husband and
it more than amazed me that it arrived so quickly and more than in time for
my departure. I tried to order it from another company  (when your site said
you were out of them) and they sucked at Customer Service, I am still trying
to get my money back from them. I was overjoyed that not only did you update
your online catalog so promptly but that your Customer Serveice, including
return address, is so wonderful.

Again, I wish you sold purses, clothing, books, makeup....anything that
I buy online. You have outdone them all. And I give up on ordering online
for everything except your merchandise. You have spoilt me for the rest, eh!
