I got this (at a different store mind you) a couple of years ago and it is great. You can enter the toy from either end - depending on your preference, mood, or even girth maybe - since it has two different sizes at each end. Both ends feel absolutely incredible due to the textures. One thing I noticed was that if you enter from the tighter, smaller end, as you use the toy, if you push all the way into it as you use it .. you can get less head stimulation if you are more/too sensitive since the head ends up in the looser part and the tight part concentrates on your shaft more.
Or if you prefer more stimulation on your head, you can enter from the lose end, and your head will then be stimulated by the tight part as you use the toy and pull all the way down on it or penetrating it fully. Over all this toy feels amazing with lots of lube.
Negatives:
1) If your hands get lubed at all.. good luck holding on to this thing.. it could go flying across the street and cause you to be introduced to your neighbours in a rather embarrassing way so maybe use a face cloth to hold it or a glove even? Maybe?
2) It is a very wonderful soft material that feels amazing.. however it will begin to tear a little bit after a few months of use.. but for the price you can just get another one.. or buy two .. well worth the money.
