How It Works
The tweezer design allows them to fit very small to very large nipples, the most range of any clamps carried here. Pressure is adjusted by sliding the ring up or down the tweezer arms: closer to the hinge gives a lighter pinch, while sliding it toward the tips increases pressure.
Nipple clamps work best with some buildup rather than going straight to full pressure - a few minutes of touch or light pinching beforehand can make the clamps feel more pleasurable and less startling. Clamps shouldn't be worn for extended periods, as prolonged pressure can restrict blood flow; removing them every 10-15 minutes is good practice. Removing clamps can cause a rush of sensation as blood flow returns, so it helps to do this slowly and be prepared for an intense moment.
