Returns & Cancellations

All toys, lube, massage oils, leather, rope, safer sex supplies, dilators, menstrual products, stp/packers are a final sale, even if the package is unopened.

All toy sales are final, for hopefully obvious reasons, please contact us if you'd like some help deciding what to buy. We're happy to help figure out the best toy for you before you make a purchase!

All motorized products we carry are covered by a warranty against defect. For the convenience of our customers we try to handle most warranty claims ourselves, however if we are unable to accept a return, we will provide contact information for the manufacturer.

Books may be exchanged for another product or store credit within 14 days of pruchase. Books must come back to us in good condition in order to be eligible for an exchange. 

Binders can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us + shipping of the new binder (including customs fees in the United States). When purchasing a binder online, please measure according to the instructions on the sizing chart that corresponds with the binder you are purchasing, sizing varies between binder styles. 

 

Defective Products 

Because of the intimate nature of the products we carry, all toy sales are final. Once a product has left our store, it can only be returned if it is defective.

"Defect" does not include a satisfaction guarantee, it pertains only to the mechanical operation of the product. Mechanical defects include issues such as motors that overheat, fail to run, and batteries that do not charge properly.

Issues with the material composition of the toy due to use - such as rips, tears, or cracks; deterioration from incompatible lubricants; or charging port damage - are covered only if present when the product is first opened, and are not covered after one week of use.

 

Warranties

Warranty periods are listed on each product’s page and apply only to the original purchase. If a product stops working when used as intended and within the warranty period, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Replacement products do not include a new warranty - meaning that if a toy with a two-year warranty is replaced during that time, the warranty still expires at the end of the original two year period.

Before initiating a warranty claim, please review the user manual - issues like travel locks or incorrectly installed batteries can often be resolved without a return. If a returned toy is found to be working, we will ship it back only at the customer's expense.

Warranty claims must be authorized, to initiate a claim please email us with your original receipt or order number, and include a description of the problem. We'll try to troubleshoot virtually, but if that fails we'll send instructions for exchanging the product - please do not send us a defective product without first contacting us.  

Once a warranty claim has been approved, customers are responsible for returning the toy to us, either in person or by mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to us, and we’ll cover the cost of shipping out any approved replacement. Returned toys must include the original packaging as well as the receipt or order number.

 

Order Cancellation & Changes

We can cancel an order before it's shipped out, but once it's out of our hands it's considered final sale. If you'd like to cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible at 613-235-2797. Please do not email us to cancel an order - it is very unlikely that we will see the email before your package is sent.

If we have already processed and packed your order, but not yet sent it out, we will cancel the order but you will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee. Please understand that we put a lot of love, energy and time into packing every single order: we make sure the toys are working, we wrap your items in pretty paper, we include care instructions and informational pamphlets. It's important to us that every order feels like a gift, but it takes a lot of time to do this! The same fee applies to pick-up orders.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order! If you realize there's a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships, however once a package has left our location, we’re unable to make changes or reroute it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the address provided at checkout was incorrect.
