How It Works
The simple one-button control on the remote lets you easily turn the toy on or off, and cycle through all 6 intensity levels and 4 vibration patterns.
Apply water based lube and insert vaginally, begin with the lightest weight balls (30 grams) and increase to the 40 and 50 grams gradually. If using without the silicone retrieval strap please note that, although the balls can't get lost in the vagina, they may be hard to remove (squatting and bearing down may help).
Cello can be used as a vibrating kegel ball, and can be used to strengthen the pelvic floor, however kegel exercises can exacerbate hypertonic (too tight) pelvic floor issues - if you are not sure, consult a pelvic floor physiotherapist.
