How It Works
Simply through the flexing of pelvic floor muscles (the ones that control the start and stop during urination), the Aneros’s design utilizes a self-pivoting mechanism that stimulates the prostate internally and external via the perineum (the little sensitive spot between the butt and the testes. This is done completely hands free, allowing for the freedom to explore the sensations in any number of positions.
1. Keeping the lower leg straight, bring your top knee to your stomach.
2. Slowly insert the massager, positioning the perineum tab against the area between the anus and the scrotum (perineum).
3. Relax - mentally and physically, allowing your body to become accustomed to the massager. Breathe deeply, releasing tension and focusing on the new sensations.
4. Contract and relax the sphincter muscle as slowly as possible. Your massager will automatically massage the prostate. As the sensations build, you may wish to increase the frequency and intensity of the contractions.

Care Instructions
Wash with warm water and soap or your favourite toy cleaner, rinse well and let air dry. We recommend using it with a great water-based lube. Do not use with silicone lube.
