How It Works
Dilators can help decrease pain and discomfort during vaginal penetration by maintaining or increasing the elasticity of the vaginal walls. There are many different ways to do dilation exercises, we recommend consulting your doctor or pelvic floor physiotherapist before dilating. This soft and flexible set is a good choice for those who want to introduce penetration in comfortable stages. It is not a good choice for actively stretching because the silicone is bendable and does not have a handle.
Many people find it helpful to plan some uninterrupted time for dilation. Taking a hot bath or shower beforehand can help to relax the muscles, and vibration may help with this as well. Dilators should be used with a good water-based lube.

Care Instructions
Wash with hot water and a mild soap, or your favourite toy cleaner, and rinse well. These can also be sanitized in boiling water for 1-5 minutes. Do not use with silicone-based lube.
