How It Works
The Vacurect vacuum erection device works by using negative pressure to gently draw blood into the the penis, causing an erection. Once erect, you slide the tension system ring to the base of the penis. It fits snugly, maintaining the erection until removed.
1. Attach the tension ring onto the end of the vacuum tube - we suggest starting with the largest ring and working down to find the size that offers effective and comfortable constriction. If using for rehabilitation purposes post prostatectomy, use the largest ring that works.
2. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the opening of the tension system and the penis.
3. While standing, place the pump with the tension ring against the tip of the penis head and slowly pump 2-3 times. The vacuum created in the cylinder should quickly and smoothly draw the penis through the ring into the tube.
4. Again pump 2-3 times and wait 10 seconds. Repeat until a firm erection has developed. While waiting, both hands are free to continue with foreplay.
5. After a firm erection has developed, release the seal by lifting the edge of the tension ring. Leave the tension ring at the base of the penis to maintain the erection for up to, but not longer than, 30 minutes.
6. When done gently remove the tension ring from the penis.

Care Instructions
Wash the tension rings with soap and water and allow to air dry. Wipe the vacuum cylinder with a soft cloth and warm water to remove any lube, then dry with a towel. The pump mechanism will need to be oiled occasionally and the oil and instructions for this are included.
Use with water-based lubricant.
