The FC-2 Internal Condom is worn inside the body, creating a barrier during vaginal or anal penetration. It's made of nitrile, so it's a good option for people with latex allergies or sensitivities, and it has a roomy, relaxed fit. Nitrile carries body heat well, giving it a warm, natural feel.

The outer ring stays outside the body, covering more skin, and may add some extra clitoral stimulation during sex. It can take a little practice to get comfortable with. Putting it in is a lot like inserting a menstrual disc or vaginal ring, and trying it on your own before sex can help it feel familiar.

How It Works

  1. Check the expiry date. Before opening, rub the wrapper from top to bottom to spread the lubricant evenly inside. Tear the wrapper open at the notch and take out the condom, keeping nails, jewellery, and anything sharp away from it.
  2. Get into a comfortable position, such as squatting, sitting with your knees apart, or standing with one foot up on a chair. Squeeze the inner ring, without twisting it, so it becomes long and narrow., insert it into the vagina and push it up and back until it sits just past the pubic bone. Check that the condom isn't twisted. The outer ring stays outside the body, covering the labia.
  3. Until you're used to it, hold the outer ring in place with one hand and guide the penis or toy into the condom with the other, making sure it goes inside the condom rather than beside it. You don't need to keep holding the outer ring once things are underway. If anything feels uncomfortable, pause and adjust the inner ring.
  4. To remove, twist the outer ring to keep fluids inside and gently pull the condom out. Each condom is single-use. Throw it in the garbage rather than flushing it.

*For anal use: remove the inner ring before insertion. It's often easiest to put it in with the help of a dildo, or a partner's penis or fingers.

Love the female condom

Very nice. Excellent feeling, even near the cervix. No problem for the clitoris. The lubricant is wonderful. Very good as my partner had a hernia operation which makes using regular condoms harder. Thank you Venus Envy!

Safety First

I recently read that female condoms are the prefered form of protection, as they provide more coverage, for people who have HPV or Herpes. Good to know. Play safe!

Female Condom review

I have tried these in the past and found them interesting. The sensation is very different and actually very arousing during intercourse. You need to take the time to read the directions so that your girl can get it inserted and the inner ring properly placed. Helping her can add some arousing fun to the process. They look sort of funny when inserted but are very enjoyable once you master the process. My only complaint is that the different sensation is sometimes too exciting, and can catch you off guard and end the fun early. I give them a "worth the buy" rating, even if just for the novelty of something new.
