How It Works
The internal condom can be used vaginally or anally to create a barrier during penetration. The outer ring at the opening of the condom stays outside the body and offers extra protection in terms of skin-to-skin contact. As a bonus, the ring at the base of the condom may provide some extra clitoral stimulation during sex.
When using this condom vaginally, squeeze the ring and insert the condom in as far as you can. When using anally, take out the ring before insertion. Using anally, it's often easiest to put it in with the help of a dildo or a good friend's penis or fingers.
