How It Works
The Pulse Duo can be used with lube to add some extra sensation to the "traditional" up-and-down masturbation motion. Alternately, you can just put it in place and let the Pulse Plate do the work for you. In this case, the oscillating plate stimulates the frenulum - no stroking needed!
