How It Works
Before use, make sure the inner plunger is in the lowered position - if not, twist the handle counter-clockwise to move it down. Press the cup firmly against the skin to create a seal, then twist the handle clockwise to activate suction. The plunger rises, drawing tissue up through the cylinder as it goes. To release, twist the handle counter-clockwise until the suction lets go.
Build suction gradually and check in with sensation as you go - it should feel stimulating rather than uncomfortable at any point. Because these don't have a quick-release valve, it's worth practising the release motion before use so it feels familiar when the time comes.

Care Instructions
Clean with unscented soap, or your favourite toy cleaner, and rinse well. Do not use with silicone lube.
