How It Works
Apply water based lube and insert vaginally, begin with the lightest weight ball and increase to the heavier balls gradually.
Kegel balls can be used to strengthen the pelvic floor, however they can exacerbate hypertonic (too tight) pelvic floor issues - if you are not sure, consult a pelvic floor physiotherapist.

Care Instructions
Wash with unscented soapy, or your favourite toy cleaner, and rinse well. Do not use with silicone lube.
