How It Works
Change Soft Tampons (just like any other tampon) at regular intervals - approximately every 4 to 8 hours, and no longer than 8 hours. Change Soft Tampons after swimming or after sexual intercourse without a condom.
To insert: squatting or sitting on the toilet is the easiest way to insert the tampon. If your flow is light you may find it more comfortable to apply a small amount of lubricant to the tip of the tampon, or dampen it with clean water.
Hold the longer sides of the tampon between your thumb and middle finger and squeeze it together. Insert in to the vagina and place a finger in the indent to push the tampon into place - once in position it shouldn't feel like anything!
To remove: bear down a little so that the tampon moves closer to the vaginal opening, then insert one finger and find the base of the tampon. Hook your finger in the loop and remove slowly.

What if it doesn't come out?!
Soft Tampons can be difficult to remove if they are sitting high in the vagina - common during penetrative sex when the tampon can get pushed up near the cervix. Time and relaxation are the best ways to let the tampon move down to where it can be reached, squatting and bearing down may help as well.
