Bio: Amber Chinn

Amber Chinn (She/Her) is a Chronic Pain, Disability and Mental Health Advocate who through her experience trying to navigate a fibromyalgia diagnosis in Halifax was motivated to advocate for and create chronic pain resources that support the intersection of mental health. Amber Chinn originates from Newfoundland and has lived throughout the Atlantic provinces before making her home in Halifax upon completing her degree at Dalhousie University. She is now studying for her Masters in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University with the hope of one day establishing her own practice that focuses on supporting the mental health of folks with chronic pain.
