Bio: Charity
Charity (they) is a pleasure + wellness facilitator, botanical healer, activist, and interdisciplinary artist currently residing in Kjipuktuk (Halifax). Cruz’ practice is an intimate exploration of the philosophy of unlearning, and how this can apply literally to anything, but most importantly, in improvisation through creative pursuits, healing, and overall wellness. They are excited and curious about bringing more access to mindful-based practices and to share knowledge that can enable other folks to curate and fine-tune the answers (or more questions!) to wellness for every body.
