How It Works
Fill the bag: scoop a portion of salts into the cloth bag and tie it closed.
Under the tap: hang the bag under the faucet so warm water runs through it as the tub fills.
In the bath: drop the bag straight into warm water and let it steep like a teabag, giving it a gentle squeeze now and then to release more of the botanicals.
When you're done, empty the bag, rinse it out and hang it to dry for next time. If your skin is sensitive, try a small amount first to see how it feels.
