When I first bought the "Ethical Slut", I had good intentions of living a Utopian poly life and thought this would be a helpful resource. I read the entire book in one afternoon and was so overloaded with informatiion that I thought I would never learn or unlearn the necessary thing to be happily poly. Now, a couple of years later, I find myself reading and re-reading certain parts of the book and am constantly reassured that others have felt how I do and worked with the challenges that I'm working through.
