How It Works
The vacuum cylinder is placed over the penis and the manual pump creates negative pressure, gently drawing blood into the penis to create an erection. The sizing adapters at the base of the cylinder help prevent scrotal tissue from being drawn in during use - an important comfort feature not found on simpler systems.
Once an erection is achieved, a tension ring is slid to the base of the penis using the included loading cone, and the cylinder is removed. The ring maintains the erection for the duration of intimacy - as with all constriction rings, it should not be worn for longer than 30 minutes at a time.

Care Instructions
Wash tension rings with soap and water and allow to air dry. Wipe the cylinder with a soft cloth and warm water to remove any lubricant, then dry thoroughly.Refer to the instruction manual for pump maintenance.
