How It Works

Dilation exercises work best when you are relaxed and using a generous amount of simple water-based lube. Try to make some uninterrupted time to use your dilator set. Many people find that taking a hot shower or bath helps to relax them a little beforehand. The frequency with which you use them will vary from person to person.

Care Instructions
Wash with unscented soap, or your favourite toy cleaner, and rinse well. The dilators can also be sanitized in boiling water for 1-5 minutes. DO NOT boil the plastic bullet. Do not use with silicone-based lube.
