How It Works
Choose the cup that fits best, apply a small amount of water-based lubricant around the rim to help create a comfortable seal, and settle it into place over the vulva. Squeeze the trigger pump to gradually build suction at whatever pace feels good - each squeeze adds a little more pull, increasing blood flow and engorgement to the area. Many people find this heightens sensitivity and arousal during solo or partnered play.
The suction should feel stimulating rather than uncomfortable at any point - build slowly and check in with sensation as you go. When ready to release, use the quick-release valve for an instant and comfortable release.
