How to order

Using the online store

Use the menus at the top to browse through our offerings by category. Within a category, you can sort by name or price, using the buttons on the top right of the page (under the menu bar).

Our stores carry more merchandise than we offer online, so please contact us if you don't see something you're interested in. We can almost certainly get it for you. We are also happy to accept phone orders as well as website orders.

All our prices are in Canadian funds. 

Shopping cart

You can add items to your shopping cart from the item display page. To get there, click on the item when it comes up in the main catalogue category displays.

The shopping cart can be viewed at any time from the links at the very top right corner of the page, above the  "search this site" option. From the cart you can adjust the quantities of items, remove items, or move on to checkout.


When checking out you will be be shown your cart contents and asked for the following information

  • email and account information (when you order, you have the option to create a user account. From your account you can log in to check on your orders, manage your addresses, etc.)
  • delivery address
  • billing address
  • shipping option 
  • payment options (which currently consist of Paypal or Credit card)

You are also given the option to include notes or comments with your order.

Once you have completed the checkout form, select "review order" to see the information you are about to submit, and then choose "Submit order" to have your payment processed. If you are playing by Paypal, you will be directed to a Paypal page to complete the checkout; if your payment is by credit card, your payment will be processed by our card processor immediately.

Our system will send you emails upon the successful receipt of your order and also when it is shipped. If you are a first-time purchaser, you will be notified about your account information by email as well.

Once you've placed and paid for your order, it will be shipped out shortly (Monday to Friday). If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been packed. Please call, 1 877 370 9288 or email


We ship all orders discreetly, in plain boxes and without identifying ourselves explicitly on the return address. Parcels are sent by expedited mail, which is quicker than regular parcel mail, or by overnight courier (for an additional fee). {» more about shipping}


If your toy malfunctions while still within its warranty period (check the item description to find this), give us a call in case we can help you make it work (1 877 370 9288). If it's still not working, send it back to us (in its original packaging) with the receipt and it will be replaced promptly. 

Note that every toy we send out is checked by our staff to make sure that you receive items in good working order. This means that we check all electronic toys before they leave the store. Be careful to make sure that your toy is in fact defective before you return it: returned toys found to be in good working order will be returned to you only at your own expense. {» more about returns and guarantees}
