When many of our ideas and approaches to sex are based on how our bodies function, we can feel discouraged when things shift. Bodies change, sometimes abruptly, and dealing with the new experiences and challenges that accompany these changes can be tough. This workshop includes lots of ideas to increase blood flow and comfort as well as creative ideas for play. Beyond the more practical, this session encourages us to think expansively about pleasure, resist dominant ideas about aging and other sexual challenges, and creates a forum to connect with others.
