What does it really mean to be “well”? How do we access “wellness” without ableist assumptions or capitalistic expectations? In our culture of increasing consumerism tied directly to the “wellness market”, can we nurture our sexual wellbeing without having to purchase more? Join Rachele to explore sexual wellbeing from an anti-capitalist, disability-focused framework. This workshop will be participatory and discussion based, but participants can choose to participate at their own comfort level.
