Liberally lubricate and slowly insert each bead one by one. Do not insert the looped handle; it should remain outside of your body so you can remove the toy whenever you’re ready.

Experiment with leaving the beads still or gently moving them in and out to see which sensations you prefer. Some people like to pull anal beads slowly at the moment of orgasm, intensifying the experience.
