The Adore U Wellness Kegel set includes four silicone-coated balls of different weights that can be interchanged in the silicone retrieval strap or used on their own. This set is smaller in diameter than most kegel balls, which means the balls are easier to insert, but also more challenging to kegel with.

[[[How It Works]]]

Apply water based lube and insert vaginally, begin with the lightest weight balls (30 grams) and increase to the 40 and 50 grams gradually. If using without the silicone retrieval strap please note that, although the balls can't get lost in the vagina, they may be hard to remove (squatting and bearing down may help).

Kegel balls can be used to strengthen the pelvic floor, however they can exacerbate hypertonic (too tight) pelvic floor issues - if you are not sure, consult a pelvic floor physiotherapist.

Wash with mild soap water or toy cleaner, rinse well. Do not use with silicone lube.
